Here are some of the comments and reviews about this movie by ordinary movie goers. I hope this will be helpful

Damian Boswell - Wow, this film has everything you would need for a successful gritty crime heist feature, a semi decent cast which includes Sharlto Copley, Edgar Ramirez & Michael Pitt! A cool subject matter that is based on a pretty successful graphic novel & company like Netflix backing production.
However none of the aforementioned things apparently mean a thing here, The script is just plain terrible, direction is god awful and the score doesn't  match a single shot that its so loudly interrupting and my dear god! what are these actors doing? talk about phoning it in.
The film is shot in South Africa but no real efforts have been made to dress the locations up as America where the film takes place.
Every single supporting role is also given to South African actors that attempt to speak with American accents but simply fail at every turn to impress instead coming off like a complete parody.
What a shame that a company that has proven it can roll with the big boys has allowed garbage like this to be made. Fire whomever was in charge and get your head back in the game!

Bob Noxious - Movie was absolutely terrible. Poorly written - motives have absolutely no substance or justification. Michael Pitt is completely miscast in this movie and the main actor Edgar Ramirez spends more time staring people down then actually acting. In the end Anna Brewster keeps breaking down in tears floating her her heart out that she she loves him.

Based on what - a 1 time bathroom fling where he ended up getting used for Pitt n saving her life at the end by ramming the truck into the FBI. Brewster getting off at the end also made no sense to me. Pitt turning on Ramirez also makes no sense after earlier in the film it was stated Pitt just wants to "make a legacy" in other words money is useless to him for the sake of pulling off the biggest crime in American history - this whole movie was about heisting $1 billion. Pitt is not intimidating at all in this film.

It's hard to understand what Ramirez is saying half the time and again poorly written. In order to have a sensor control the brain to prevent crime it might help to show when these characters were actually implanted with censor n why n if it was coerced or voluntarily. Something that never happened. Someone earlier said "incoherent". Yes the movie was very incoherent. Pitt n his father turnin
